Air target for training mobile air defense groups
June 17, 2024Military technologies and their development. 150 teachers from Frankivsk and the region were trained at WeTrueGun
November 5, 2024Today we received a certificate from the School of External Pilots (Operators) of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. This is another important step so that our graduates can join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine more quickly, without waiting for their turn after passing the BZVP at the National Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for professional training.
We are working to reduce the time it takes for volunteers to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine for a contract to join selected units for the position of UAV operator. However, after the BZVP (Basic Military Training), you need to obtain MOS 216, and there are nuances here!
So far, we do not have the right to register this VOS – only the Ukrainian Armed Forces training center can do this. Our certificates were previously recognized by various NCs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, although not all of them. This should be easier now. Unfortunately, it is more difficult with active military personnel than with civilians, so it is more difficult for them to obtain MOS 216 after training with us, and here the commander of their unit must get involved.
Many teams have been waiting for months for well-trained UAV operators. Time is against us. We need to move faster. We can qualitatively train both pilots and crews in 35 days, which is approximately 340 academic hours. Our training, plus BZVP for those who have not previously completed it, allows you to prepare a combat-ready pilot within 1–2 months, after which he can immediately go to the selected unit. In reality, there are cases when motivated and well-prepared cadets “hang” in the Armed Forces Training Center, simply waiting “for their specialty.” They are just waiting to pass the exam and receive the appropriate MOS (secondary military occupational specialty). This is not right!
If we manage to implement the plan in the near future, both civilians and military personnel will be able to receive the 216 MOS (secondary military occupational specialty) faster, without these “hangs” in the Armed Forces Central Command.
Let’s keep working… Together to victory!
